I'm a Research Assistant for Dr. Rori Rohlfs Lab at the University of Oregon. I focus primarily on working with genomic data to study the role of Tandem Repeats in natural selection.
I received my B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from San Francisco State University in 2025, where I worked on pre-processing large genomic datasets of E. Coli for use in predicting antimicrobial resistance using machine learning models.
